Use a white cloth to blot up liquid spills
With solids, remove as much as you can. Then with a damp white cloth (use the maufacturers recommended cleaner) wipe the area gently, starting at the outside edge of the stain and working towards the middle. Don't saturate the area. For heavier stains, you may have to repeat this process a few times
To dry treated area, place an absorbent white cloth on the area. For quicker drying times, use a fan or hairdryer
Professional Cleaning

Defective products requiring replacement must be reported to our office within 15 days and before any cutting or installation has taken place. Defects caused by improper installation or maintenance will not be honored. Please take note that color of rug purchased may differ from your samples or the pictures on our website, due to natural changes occurring during seasonal growing conditions that can result in color variations.
RETURN POLICY

No Returns
Custom size rugs, custom area rug bindings or made-to-order rugs with 14 color bindings cannot be returned.
Sale items: all sale transactions are final with no returns or exchange.
